常用以(yi)小眼及大型管(guan)的(de)壁內外(wai)面處理(li)，它是進行(xing)無氣噴(pen)塑(su)機推(tui)送來的(de)直流電漆(qi)，按照醬藏(zang)的(de)激光噴(pen)嘴，使(shi)漆(qi)吸霧后(hou)直接的(de)組(zu)成音響喇叭(ba)形(xing)(xing)（園(yuan)圓(yuan)錐形(xing)(xing)、塊實(shi)心），均衡地噴(pen)在管(guan)內外(wai)面，若(ruo)想(xiang)實(shi)現目標管(guan)的(de)外(wai)面處理(li)。 NKP-1型最主要的(de)實(shi)使(shi)用在Ф50-Ф300mm的(de)熱力管(guan)道，藝術涂料凝固點不(bu)(bu)容許超出80秒（4號福(fu)特(te)杯(bei)）。若(ruo)是粉末涂料粘(zhan)度指數如果超過(guo)80秒，需要加溶(rong)液(ye)直接稀釋就可以(yi)。NKP-1型基(ji)礎上沒有管(guan)大小減少，但好一點不(bu)(bu)生長于15米。
